Our main conference area, The Tasman Room is situated downstairs opposite our Barrel Room and can seat up to 120 people theatre and banquet style, with the ability to open doors out into the Barrel Room to seat more if necessary. It has its own private lawn overlooking the Tasman Sea. State of the art audio-visual equipment is available for hire through local businesses.

The newly refurbished Barrel Room can accommodate up to 150 guests seated and up to 250 cocktail/theatre style, with natural light and neutral colours, this is the perfect venue for larger conferences and functions, the doors open out on to the private lower lawn where guests can enjoy views of the Tasman Sea. The Barrel Room can be used in conjunction with the Tasman Room to further adapt to your conference/function requirements.

The function centre can be available for bookings outside our regular opening hours, or earlier starts and later finishes by prior arrangement.
