To secure a date for your Wedding you must supply, in full, the venue hire of which package you wish to invest in for your special day.
If you wish to change or to cancel your booking you will be required to come in and sign our cancellation policy. A $1000.00 non-refundable cancelation fee will apply.
We have the two Package options and they are both complete with set menus. For the Full Restaurant venue hire you are required to make a payment $2000 to secure your date. The Barrel and Tasman room hire fee is $1000 in full to secure your date.
You are required to make a full payment for your meals one month prior, you also must confirm number of guests, dinner and beverage options one month before your special day. Our menus are set as is, if you have any requirements please let us know ASAP. Please note that once we have received confirmation with the number of your guests attending, we will cater for this amount and you will be charged for this amount. If guests do not show you will be charged regardless of their absence.
We require you to attend a minimum of three wedding meetings (however if you live outside of Taranaki we can arrange alternative contact). These include: Initial wedding meeting Follow up meeting Your rehearsal
If you wish to have additional meeting you can call or email to book and confirm. We require both of your signatures on the wedding contract for our records. Payments are to be made via Internet banking unless privately organized. Our staff set up your general table settings, wine and water glasses, cutlery, napkins and table clothes, tables and chairs. Any additional help with decoration set up may come at an extra cost.
