We have lots events coming up where you can come and visit our stalls and see all about what we do at Okurukuru, buy and taste wine and book your functions and accommodation with us.
When we heard about a wonderful new initiative to put together a map with 16 of the leading food and drink providers in Taranaki, we couldnt say no. We are proud to be shown amongst the best eateries and breweries that our provance has to offer. When you come and visit our cellar door you are welcome to take one of these maps with you so you can go and visit the other 15 awesome business as well.
2024 Events
On Sunday the 14th of April we attended the Sunday Session which was a part of the Taranaki Feastival, we had such a great time at the two events that we attended.
Saturday - cooking class collaboration with WITT
Sunday - Sunday Session at the New Plymouth Racecourse
Both days were well organised and were loads of fun. Thank you to everyone who came and tried our wine and for all of your wine purchase's. Next year is going to be even bigger and better!
New Plymouth Urban Wine Walk 2024.
Wow, what a fun event. A self guided walk around New Plymouth, with wine tastings along the way, what more could you want? It was great to meet everyone and to hear what you thought about our wines.

The Taranaki Wedding show is a firm favourite of ours, it was held on 19th of May 2024, we had a selection of our wines and information on our beautiful venue for you to view. It was so amazing to meet all of you!
