We have lots events coming up where you can come and visit our stalls and see all about what we do at Okurukuru, buy and taste wine and book your functions and accommodation with us.
When we heard about a wonderful new initiative to put together a map with 16 of the leading food and drink providers in Taranaki, we couldnt say no. We are proud to be shown amongst the best eateries and breweries that our provance has to offer. When you come and visit our cellar door you are welcome to take one of these maps with you so you can go and visit the other 15 awesome business as well.
The Autumn Feastival is awesome event to show off what amazing food and drink vendors we have in Taranaki. For this Feastival we are going to be participating in the Sunday Session (more information below) and a Cooking and Wine pairing class hosted at WITT. This class is going to be a super fun way to try our wines and see what you could pair it with when you have some at home. On Sunday the 14th of April we will be attending the Taranaki Tastes Sunday Session at the New Plymouth Raceway. This small scale food and wine festivle is all about promoting local food and drink vendors and celebrating what amazing products are made in Taranaki.

The Urban Wine walk is a fun self-guided wine-tasting experience designed for groups of friends to enjoy together on a lovely Saturday afternoon. This event is on the 18th of May and we are proud to be teaming up with Mikes Bistro to bring you our wines in the CBD for the afternoon.

The Taranaki Wedding show is a firm favourite of ours, it is being held on the 19th of May at the New Plymouth Raceway. At the wedding expo we will have a selection of our wines for you to try, wedding venue information and accommodation for you to look. We book out months in advance for weddings, so this is a fabulous opportunity for you to se what we have on offer and see if we may be the right fit for your special day.
